First of all, you will need to grab the anchor laying around the Island, which is located in either Webo Ridge, or Soggy Bottom Swamp.
The second step is to go to Rumble Rocks Cave in Prairie Pool, and find the ship then click the Wheel.
You have now set sailed to Jungle Beach!
